North Redington Beach is located on a barrier island. To reach the island, visitors and residents must use one of several bridges. 

The main road and thoroughfare through North Redington Beach is Gulf Boulevard.

North Redington Beach can be accessed from Madeira Beach by the Tom Stewart Causeway. 

The Indian Shores Bridge connects North Redington Beach with its neighboring community, Indian Shores.
